Breaking down my review for y'all! Hope this helps when deciding on your purchase.
When I phoned the company they answered on the first ring - + 1 star!
Sales associate I spoke to is patient and kind - + 1 star!
Free shipping overnight - +1 star!
Called to verify my order before shipping. I was using a cc not part of their "no restocking fee" promotion (must admit I did not read the policies, my bad) and allowed me to switch to a different cc that does not have restocking fee - + 2 stars!
I gave the last point 2 stars because they seem like they have my interests at heart and I was treated respectfully. I know some of their watches are very very expensive but they treated me with 100% respect even though I didnt buy a pricey Rolex. Longines is still an expensive purchase for me :)
bottom line: clear communication, they actually call to speak to you before shipping the order for security reasons, and they are kind enough to point out things customers might miss by not reading the store policy (lets face it most of us don't).
I wont be returning my watch because I love it but very nice transaction and professionalism they gave just in case I wanted to return it.
