The Unidirectional rotating bezel has a blue Cerachrom ceramic insert with a 60 minute scale that has gold coated numerals and graduations. The blue dial is highly legible, featuring a Chromalight display with long lasting blue luminescence in the hands, hour markers and a luminescent dot on the bezel at 12 o'clock. Dial type is analog. The date is viewable through a cyclops lens at 3 o'clock. Powered by the Rolex Caliber 3135 self-winding automatic chronometer certified movement which boasts a 48 hour power reserve, beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour and contains 31 jewels. Has a scratch resistant sapphire crystal protecting the dial. The case is round and 40mm in diameter. The crown screws down using a Triplock triple waterproofness system. The case back is screwed in. The buckle is a folding Oysterlock safety clasp with Rolex Glidelock extension system. Waterproof to 300 meters / 1000 feet. Functions: hours, minutes, seconds and date. Luxury watch style. i think i called authentic watches 5 time before making my purchase because this is a lot of money and i havent bought a Rolex watch online before. sorry guys i hope i wasnt too annoying!
long story short i received my Submariner in perfect brand new condition 2 days after ordering - i used bank wire transfer to pay - and am THRILLED. I took it to rolex and said it was a work bonus gift and they took a look right there and confirmed 100% authentic, showed me where to see the serial number, and removed a link for a perfect fit.
BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! use the thousands you can save to buy more watches if you are a bit obsessed like me... at least thats what i told my wife who said "really you need another watch???"
